Position: Helpdesk Analyst

Using your strong understanding of networking and endpoint protection and management, you will provide front line help desk support to Simple Cloud clients, contribute to systems integration and automation activities, and drive migration projects.

Provide front-line technical support to clients
Assist with implementation of Microsoft 365 and Azure projects
Continuously review and improve systems to prevent proactively address issues
Generate and update internal and end-user documentation
Provide on-site support as needed
Assist with communications and reporting to clients
Assist with sales and business development activities
Respond to client questions, concerns and issues
Fluent in English - Written and spoken
Post Secondary Education or relevant experience in Information Systems Administration/Support
Strong skills in:
Windows 10 in a business environment
Networking (TCP/IP, Routing, Switching)
1+ years of experience providing technical support
Strong oral and written communication skills
Proven ability to address technical issues quickly
Proficient in Microsoft Office
